Create more unique keys when syncing cache_stats data
fixed an issue where duplicated keys were being created resulting in some data not being synced
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/dneuman64/incubator-trafficcontrol sync-ts-keyfix
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
