failed assertion result appears wrongly

Hello,

I wrote a test plan as following

- Thread Group
   - HTTP Request - Open Login Page
   - Loop Controller
       - CSV Incorrect Login Credentials
       - Include Controller - Login
       - Response Assertion - isAccessDenied
       - If Controller (${JMeterThread.last_sample_ok}==false)
          - Include Controller - Logout (only HTTP Request, no assertion)

Result

- Open Login Page (passed)
- Login (passed)
- Login (passed)
- Login (passed)
- Login (failed)
   - isAccessDenied (failed)
- Logout (failed) (system is failed since it accepts username with no case
sensitive)
   - isAccessDenied (failed) => *why did this show up here?*
- Login (passed)
- Login (passed)
