During the release preparation of 1.26.0, it was noticed that the draft email that is printed at the end of {{gradlew prepareVote}} does not correspond to the draft proposed in our how-to documentation (https://calcite.apache.org/docs/howto.html#making-a-release-candidate):
- it contains extra information
- some of the links are broken

This should be reviewed for the next release.
