[PR] docs: add AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, and expand README [sling-org-apache-sling-resourceresolver]

   Improves developer onboarding documentation for the `org.apache.sling.resourceresolver` bundle.
   
   - **README.md**: expanded overview, added Requirements, Build & Test commands, Project Layout tree, and Configuration/Documentation links
   - **AGENTS.md**: new file with full project overview, core Maven commands, project layout with annotations, development patterns & constraints, git workflow, testing guidelines, and common gotchas
   - **CLAUDE.md**: new file that delegates to `AGENTS.md` via `read @AGENTS.md`
