[jira] Created: (TAP5-296) Showing an empty grid with just the column headers should be easy

Showing an empty grid with just the column headers should be easy
-----------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TAP5-296
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAP5-296
             Project: Tapestry 5
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: tapestry-core
    Affects Versions: 5.0.15
            Reporter: Hugo Palma
            Priority: Minor

The Grid component when the size of the source parameter is 0 renders the empty block.
Still, i have a common use case that is even though the source is empty i want to show the column headers and no rows.

Right now there's no easy way to to this.

Jochen Kemnade commented on TAP5-296:
-------------------------------------

It looks as if this feature has already been requested in TAP5-244 ("Let Grid show column headings when no data").
