##### SUMMARY
When trying to upgrade a virtual router from the virtual routers list, an exception is thrown in the browser console and no action is performed.
##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I upgraded to 4.17.0.0 with old virtual routers still on version 4.15.1, then:
1. Go to Infrastructure -> Virtual routers
2. Select one or more virtual router with the checkbox
3. Click on the upgrade system VM template button
While the UI does show the action is 'InProgress', no API call was actually made and it sits there indefinitely.
This can be worked around by upgrading the template on the system VM page itself rather than triggering it from the Virtual routers list.
##### EXPECTED RESULTS
No browser exception and the API calls to upgrade the virtual router should be called.
##### ACTUAL RESULTS
I get the following exception:

The caught error has the following message:
