Next maintenace release
Ok,
as a lot of people want a date for the next release I propose 1st
of june as target date for the release candidate for 0.20.4
What do you think?

Yeah, that's OK. I'm not sure if I can get the bitmap renderer in this
weekend. I hope so, but I can't promise.
