Hang during dynamic cache start when node is running in client mode.

Alex,

Could you please look at the following ticket:
http://atlassian.gridgain.com/jira/browse/GG-10035
I see a hang when DR receiver tries to start a cache dynamically. All
instructions and results of my debug are inside the ticket.

Vova,

Do I need to switch to any particular branch to observe the hang? I tried
to run the test in sprint-3, but got assertion in test related to data
mismatch. I can look into this failure as well, just wanted to make sure I
will not do duplicate work.
