### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
When rebuilding a non-transactional MV in presence of delete operations fall back to full rebuild.
### Why are the changes needed?
Exception was throw.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
Yes. Rebuild is successful.
### How was this patch tested?
