resurrect. It's cc: to infrastracgture@.

The check-in seemed to have succeeded, so I did not pursue this any further.

Oh, I think that I was mistaken and stated wrongly the problem. Indeed, 
the commit message was not forwarded (that was what I denoted wrongly as 
"bounced"), sorry for the confusion!

Rony,

The message was a commit message, and the headers all looked fine.  What
makes you think that it bounced?  What notification did you get from the
server that it had bounced?  That is what we need to see.

I found several messages in the moderator queue, have manually moderated
them through, and added the committers to the allow list.

I suspect that we need some new moderators for this list, and that the
reason for the lost commits is down to moderation problems.
