[jira] [Updated] (USERGRID-126) Not able to login to usergrid after
deploying in tomcat

Arun updated USERGRID-126:
--------------------------
Attachment: scrnsht.png
usergrid-deployment.properties
Thanks for the responses.
I had modified the pom.xml to ensure the attached .properties file would be included in the ROOT.war/WEB-INF/classes and deployed the same. Once the application is up, I traversed the URL http://localhost:8080/system/superuser/setup when the dialog prompting me to supply credentials appeared, I types superuser/superpass combination.
As an alternative configuration, I tried keeping the .properties file in the CATALINA_HOME/lib folder. Even that approach didn't work.
After typing the username/password combination and pressing ok, the same dialog keeps appearing and finally when I cancel it, I see the "unauthorized" error.
I have compiled the code from the github repository and had a few problems building the project (which I had been able to resolve eventually). Please let me know if I am not working on an unstable version of code.

> Hi,
> I have followed the steps listed at https://usergrid.incubator.apache.org/docs/deploy-local/ to install the usergrid on tomcat. The server starts fine without any errors. When I try to login as superuser and supply the password (pw123), the applications returns authentication failure message. Logs too are helpful in this case. Can someone help me please.
