Obtaining the server url from a consumer

Hi,
     What is the correct way of obtaining the server url, eg 
http://locahost:8080/ from within a KnownRepositoryContentConsumer at 
Archiva 2.1.1?

I am populating a XML file that requires the full url of the artifacts 
within the repository.
