sending binding values!

Hi everybody,

can anyone explain me when exactly are binding values sent? I have the scenario: 

<s:pprPanelGroup id="TableGroupsPPR" partialTriggers="buscaPor,buscaDescPor" inlineLoadingMessage="Cargando...">
            .......    
            <h:inputHidden id="buscaDescPorHidden"  
                             value="#{authorizationAllGroupsBean.buscaDescPorHidden}" 
                             binding="#{authorizationAllGroupsBean.buscaDescPorHidBin}"></h:inputHidden>
</s:pprPanelGroup>

Binding value is always =null. I get updated 
                
        value="#{authorizationAllGroupsBean.buscaDescPorHidden}" 

but binding value is null.
