Overview Description:
When the cancel button is clicked in a save as dialog for test plan elements, 
the elements is still saved using the default name

Steps to Reproduce:
This is what I created for a test plan
1) Create Thread Group
2) Create HTTP Request
3) Create View Results Tree
4) Right click on Thread Group and choose Save As...
5) Click on Cancel

Actual Result:
Thread Group is saved and Thread Group.jmx created in save directory

Expected Result:
Thread Group.jmx should not be created

Additional Information:
This is the same for the HTTP Request and View Results Tree.  Did not test any 
other elements
