[GitHub] [skywalking-python] Superskyyy opened a new pull request, #253: Cover grpcio tools codegen changes

Superskyyy opened a new pull request, #253:

   grpcio-tools introduces breaking changes on generated code.
   
   So I added the additional protoc option to cover this case when grpcio-tools>=1.49.0
   
   I didn't pin the requirement of grpcio-tools to avoid constraining grpcio version in end user env.
