[Axis2] AxisFault best practice

Hi all,

is it possible to generate (and send) an AxisFault to my client if the
thread which creates the fault differs from the receiver thread?.
I'm asking this because it looks like is not possible to specify any
routing info into the fault.
I think the only alternative is to create a new message and use the
ws-addressing info to relate the second msg to the client request.


Any idea?
