The current native language project for Apache OpenOffice 4.x contains 90342
language strings (see, for instance, "https://translate.apache.org/en_GB/").

The LT project contains only 86894 language strings (see
"https://translate.apache.org/lt/"). There are 3448 strings missing.

I have determined that the missing strings were from
".../4.1.1\aoo40-lt\instsetoo_native\inc_openoffice\windows\msi_languages.po".

I do not know what caused the deletion of the strings in question.

I replaced the aforementioned file with its previous version (4.1.0) which
contains all the strings.

Now the LT language project contains all the strings.

The issue is resolved.
