   @xiaoxiang781216 Ok I made the change.  We just need to decide if the matcher files should be placed in the testing repo and then we require cloning it if they are needed (like in the check stage) Or we just keep copies in each repo and keep them in sync.  I don't expect them to change much so I would be fine with whatever.
   
   Note this is failing right now because I still have the commit in that demonstrates the failure result.
