Variant Pricing

Hi,

I'm trying to get variant pricing to work.

I am only using default GBP prices.
I have a price on each of the variants and on each of the features which 
allow you to select the variant.

In ecommerce I see the minimum price appears as "Your price from 
$15.00", £15.00 being one of the prices. However, when I chose either of 
the variants, the price does not appear under the selected variant 
product id (under the drop down)

Any hints please.
