   There's no CI for this repo, so hard to know what is/is not working.  This adds GitHub Actions for running `mvn -B package --file pom.xml` for Ubuntu (16.04, 18.04, 20.04), MacOs (10.15 and 11.0), and Windows (Server 2016 and Server 2019).  Doesn't seem to work on Windows but don't know if that is intentional.  Here is an [example of what it looks like in action](https://github.com/moleske/geode-kafka-connector/actions/runs/401720515)
   
   Also ran spotless cause it was failing
