> # Install Apache netbeans 12.0 or 11.3 in Linux as a snap or other form and launch it but do not close or restart it.
> # Go to Options in the Tools section of the top menu bar.
> # In the options dialog, go to the Appearance tab then to the Look and Feel tab.
> # Change the preferred look and feel and click the apply button first and the OK button.
> After changing the theme to FlatLaf dark for example, the apply button can be pressed but after pressing the button, the OK button is cannot be pressed for a moment. Pressing the cancel button will close the dialog but it will reappear after a moment. When clicking the text in the notification to restart and apply changes, the Options dialog may reappear after net beans has been closed for restart before netbeans starts again.
