    CAMEL-8961: Upgrade Docker component to docker-java 1.4.0 and reenabled unit tests

    Upgrades to Camel Docker component to support docker-java 1.4.0
    
    * Removed deprecated start options
    * Add Domainname attribute on create command
    * Added ReadonlyRootfs option
    * Labels are array of Strings
    * Add docker stats support
    
    Also reenabled unit tests that were failing on an earlier version of Java 7

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/sabre1041/camel CAMEL-8961

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/595.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
