   ## Motivation
   
   It is now possible to write a test for a Camel Main application using annotations like Spring Boot so it could be interesting to add a simple example to show how it works in practice.
   
   ## Modifications
   
   * Add a new test in the example `main` corresponding to the equivalent of the existing test but with annotations.
