ExploringCompactionPolicy says things like:

2016-12-15 11:53:34,075 DEBUG org.apache.hadoop.hbase.regionserver.compactions.ExploringCompactionPolicy: Exploring compaction algorithm has selected 3 files of size 109411408 starting at candidate #0 after considering 1 permutations with 1 in ratio

It doesn't say anything about which region it is looking at. For debugging purposes, it my be interesting to provide the region encoded name.
