MYFACES-1950 - Implement JSF 2.0 - ExternalContext is missing some methods

added getContextName() and getContentLength() to ExternalContext API.
Impl is missing, for now.
added some todo
updated other methods, added for JSF 2.0, to indicate JSF 2.0 already in the Javadoc
