Help Setting Up Jetspeed

Hello,
	I am trying to set up Jetspeed on Tomcat.  I have tried both Tomcat
3.2 and the new 4.0.  With 3.2, I was getting XSL errors whenever I tried to
customize anything, and no portals ever showed up.  In 4.0, I get the
following...
 <<...OLE_Obj...>> 

And no portals are showing up (though the XSL errors are gone).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
