Why not?
I would agree that we don't want to *promote* any single browser, but we
certainly should document any (irregular/interesting) interactions between
particular browsers and the Apache server.

Uhh, I think you misunderstood my patch. I changed "Internet Exploder" to
"Internet Explorer". What I meant was that we should refer to Internet
Explorer by its real name and not call it Exploder.
