Apache VCL on Proxmox

Hi folks:

I am wondering if Apache VCL can run with Proxmox. I have a Proxmox Cluster
and want to install a management node in Proxmox VM and use the Proxmox
cluster as the hypervisor to host the VCL VM. Thank you for your help.

Hi Luis,

No work has been done to integrate Apache VCL with Proxmox. It looks like
running your management node on a Proxmox cluster should be fine. However,
unless Proxmox handles other things creating and deleting VMs on the same
hypervisors that it manages, I don't think running your user VMs on the
cluster would work since VCL would need to interact with the hypervisors
directly.

VCL is very modular if you wanted to do the work to create a provisioning
module to provision to Proxmox using their API.
