[~cadonna] - I am afraid I can share the application code. But the application is based on DSL, with consumer listening to a bunch of topics from a consumer group and producing another bunch of topics as output, with fairly simple topology. It has a punctuator as well that accesses & updates the same state store as the consumer process & there are no multiple threads in the consumer. Not sure this helps though.
