[ANNOUNCE] New Apache Apex PPMC Member: Vlad Rozov

The Podling Project Management Committee (PPMC) for Apache Apex is
pleased to announce that Vlad Rozov has accepted our offer to become a PPMC
member.

Vlad has demonstrated in depth understanding of critical platform
components and identified and resolved important issues. Vlad has also
participated in project management related discussions and contributed to
community and process development. Vlad is affiliated with DataTorrent.

Welcome, Vlad, and congratulations!
