[PR] Fix wrong translation of control key in German UI [airflow]

Ups, while reviewing another PR I noticed that the hotkeys were wrongly translated in German. They are using SHIFT+x and I translated STRG (==Control) initially. But actually this does not work... so direct translation of "Shift" in German is "Umschalttaste".

+need a official codeowner approval for the technical step of merging :-D

I am late to the party, but "Shift" may also be acceptable in German. Alternatively it's also possible to use the short version "Umschalt" (for example "Umschalt+F") if space is of concern. Also happy to leave it as is.
