Hi,

I wanted to post a pointer to a little document I've got going on
Confluence. I've been working on a couple bugs related to building and
using plugins within the same execution of Maven, and the farther I dig,
the deeper hole I find myself in.

I could use some feedback, if anyone has time to look.
