stderr and stdout on Win2000 Tomcat3.3

Hi,

A previous mail said that Tomact 3.3 should send stderr and stdout to
$TOMCAT_HOME/logs/stdout.log.    My installation of Tomcat 3.3 still sends it to the console.
Is there a setting that I am missing please.
