[PR] [fix][test] Fix flaky EndToEndMetadataTest.testPublishConsume [pulsar]

hanmz opened a new pull request, #25002:
URL: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/25002

   ### Motivation
When executing this test case in a 16C32G Linux environment, the following error will be encountered. The problem is that Jetty requires more than 4 threads. Therefore, we cannot configure it to 4 here; instead, we must use the default value `Math.max(8, 2 * Runtime.getRuntime().availableProcessors())`

   ### Modifications
Use the default values configured for `numHttpServerThreads`.

Thanks @hanmz, and sorry this sat so long. The failure you hit was real: with Jetty 9.4, a 32-CPU host gets 4 acceptors plus a selector, which is more than the 4 configured web threads. Since #25100, master runs Jetty 12, where the connector defaults to 1 acceptor, so the budget comes to 3 of 4 threads on any core count. As @lhotari noted, we'd also rather keep the test thread count fixed than scale it with the host. I'm closing this as resolved by the Jetty 12 upgrade. If you still see "Insufficient configured threads" on current master, please reopen with the stack trace.
