   arm/tlsr82: replace incompatible instruction sets to internal implement
   
   1. some arm instructions are not compatible with arch tlsr:
   
   ```
   {standard input}: Assembler messages:
   {standard input}:53: Error: bad instruction `svc #0'
   ```
   
   2. remove unsupport compile option
   
   `cc1: error: unrecognized command line option "-mlittle-endian"`
