java.io.IOException: pipe child exception

Hi Amareshwari ,

I googled around a lot to solve my problem of * java.io.IOException: 
pipe child exception
I  *find below link :

that has some information about the error that file:// is required to 
open the file but I can't understand the procedure to debug it as the 
sublinks of the above link result in  *ERROR:404 Link Not Found.

*Please guide me how to fix this.
