Replaying Bulkload through WALPlayer would be inefficient and might even lead to timeouts and retries. So we decided to not include bulkload replay in WALPlayer and ask user to take a backup (full/incremental) post bulkload. Futher details in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-29310
