[VOTE] Introduce ElasticSearch module based on Alberto Rodriguez' initial codebase

I'd like to raise a vote on importing the codebase for the MetaModel
ElasticSearch module that Alberto Rodriguez has been prototyping [1] [2].
Once imported into our own source tree we can make decisions to refine it
if needed, but I think it will bootstrap the process greatly to first
simply pull in his module.

Once included in MetaModel we can showcase yet another connector, this time
to ElasticSearch, which I think is a great thing!

I'll begin: +1 from me.

Regards,
Kasper

The vote is over and result was entirely positive - great to see so many
+1s.

I will now see if I can integrate the pull request into the Apache Git repo.

Let's let it run for 72 hours for other people to chime in.
The VOTE pass when within that period we have 3+ binding votes and NO -1 votes.

So lets just add ending time for the VOTE to make sure everyone has
time to chime in.
