Hi again,


I collected all cosmetic and non-functional changes to existing files 
that we made into one patch file. If you do not want to apply this patch 
or parts of it, it is OK with us - it's just some suggestions and 
code-style improvements that we made during the development.

The contained changes are:
* always qualify field access (this.field instead of field)
* add an Eclipse generated serialVersion field
* adopt indenting, braces, brackets, newlines

There's high traffic on the list today... ;-)


I accidentally attached the wrong file with the "cosmetic" patch to my 
previous eMail -- unpacked, and not latest version. (It included some 
non-cosmetic changes and broke the build...)

So here comes the correct version.

Stay tuned for one more, including some minor improvements to existing 
functionality. I promise that I will triple check before hitting send 
next time, but I'm really enthusiatic about getting this finally done...
