   @jzgithub1 This isn't quite right. This change confirms that the StackOverflow description of how to use the DistributedCache correctly actually works as described. However, what we really need, is to modify our (non-test) code to use the DistributedCache correctly, now that we have confirmed that the description on StackOverflow is correct.
