After some more thoughts, I think this is too much work regarding what it
brings, it introduces:
- Licensing issues 
- Dependencies hard to manage (if for example generator relies on Soap UI)
- Pluggability with Soap UI is not great as proposed, Soap UI threads still
live after generation and init is slow.
- Setup instructions

And I think it is easier to use Soap UI to generate XML and then copy paste in
JMeter text box
