[PATCH] Potenial Bug in o.a.g.kernel.deployment.DeploymentPlan

Hi,

Outlined in GERONIMO-95
(http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/ViewIssue.jspa?key=GERONIMO-95) is an
apparent bug with DeploymentPlan.java, the code behaves differently to
advertised in comments.

Please apply the patch in '95 to fix this issue. I've also included the
testcase which brought it to light.

(This actually highlights the usefulness of writing unit tests: I spent a
long time trying to figure out why my testcase was failing,thinking it
must have been a fault with the testcase code. Turns out to be a bug in
geronimo.)
