K8s has released 1.27. YuniKorn 1.3 will not support K8s 1.27 due to incompatibilities in the K8s version we compile with.

YuniKorn 1.4 is the next release which has support for K8s 1.27 targeted. This will drop support for the following K8s releases: 1.21, 1.22 and 1.23.

This fact needs to be added as a pre-announcement to the YuniKorn 1.3 release notes.
