    Links to other lists at top of page should work

    At the top of the page, the links to other lists for the project are all "javascript:void(0);" . This means that anyone trying to load another list in a new tab (for example) gets an empty page not the list they wanted. 
    
    These should be re-written to the "real" URL, with an on-click handler if required to avoid a page re-load
