   To track the state of transformation during joint-optimization, current TuningAPI manages two copies of IRModule in `Trace`. 
   However, it becomes a problem for large models because we need to copy their parameters as well. 
   
   As we only have a single tuning pass for MetaSchedule now, this PR temporarily disables the usage of `Trace` to unblock the tuning of large models. Upcoming PR will refactor this.
