In site/staging:

Replace dead links to Elego's site with links through archive.org.

* news.html
  (2013-05-28 Hackathon in Berlin): As above.
   Some developers have personal copies of the presentations [1] but due 
   to uncertain copyright status we can't post them on the website.

* docs/community-guide/general.part.html
  (Participating in the community): As above.
   The Hackathon has (unfortunately) not been yearly for the last five years.

Usually I look at the commit, then go back in time to talk about it.
