[jira] [Updated] (CRUNCH-18) Improve build stability

Matthias Friedrich updated CRUNCH-18:
-------------------------------------

    Attachment: 0001-CRUNCH-18-Improve-build-stability.patch

Another patch to get Crunch ready for CI.

What do we do about scrunch's probably outdated build.sbt file? Do we need a second build mechanism, is there something Maven can't provide?

> Make sure build stability doesn't depend on the Maven version used by specifying version numbers for all Maven plugins. Also, introduce global plugin management and remove other duplication.
