The goal is to improve and simplify the implementation of MiNiFi bootstrap.

Also test coverage needs to be improved.

The goal is to eliminate the RunMinifi "god" class, and handle the async calls in a better way.

If this tasks is done after NiFi 2.0 is introduced with Java 17, consider using the new Process API.
