   We have tested the same problem in 4.14.0.0.
   
   Now we have changed the operating architecture:
   
   1. We run keepalived in each management node and generate a VIP
   2. All kvm agents connect to VIP
   
   Now the cluster is running well
   When the master management node is powered off, KVM AGENT can quickly restore the connection.
