    [FLINK-2848] [test] Apply JMH on MutableHashTablePerformanceBenchmark…

    JMH is a Java harness for building, running, and analysing nano/micro/milli/macro benchmarks.Use JMH to replace the old micro benchmarks method in order to get much more accurate results.Modify the `MutableHashTablePerformanceBenchmark` class and move it to `flink-benchmark` module.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/gallenvara/flink mutableHashTable

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/1261.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #1261

    Hi, @gallenvara , i think this PR has bounded to FLINK-2848, while actually it should link to FLINK-2853, you may need to close this one and open another new PR for FLINK-2853.
